At BriskFire BBQ, we take both our slow-smoked barbecue and our variety of classic menu items seriously because we made a choice early on that everything we make reflects who we are. The kitchen stays organized, orders flow through properly, and all items come out the way they should. Being a neighborhood spot that does multiple things well means we can't afford to let any of it slide. As Live News Atlanta shared, "I had the beef short ribs, and they were are as good as any barbecue I’ve eaten in Austin, Texas..
